Rose in Dressmaker

I can tell you who Rose is supposed to be. I cannot tell you which in-game day she walks in. No timeline I found lists an arrival, so the timing question stays open.

Wikipedia's article, summarizing developer interviews, calls Rose a librarian whose clothes lean 1940s. The achievement A Rose By Any Other Name means finishing her major commissions. KeenGamer lists eight requests: a gift, Librarian Conference, Both of Us?, Chilly Overtime, Bold Tigress, Librarian Workwear, Rodent Relations and Tomb Raider.

KeenGamer says Rodent Relations and Tomb Raider unlock after Prudence's Undercover Servant. That is a reported cross-character condition, not an arrival-day clock. Ring the bell to call the next customer as the Build 403 notes describe; do not wait for an invented fixed day.

Polygon's sabotage examples include a cardboard lining that gets a librarian thrown out of the reading room. Corgan does not name Rose in the sentence I am using, so I will not weld that prank to her quest line.

When does Rose come for her dress? Unconfirmed. KeenGamer has jobs and chains, not a chapter clock.
