I checked the achievement page for a Maria. The sentence is Marie. If you typed Maria, this is the customer the store text actually names.
G.O.A.T. requires completing all of Marie's major commissions. KeenGamer lists eight requests, including Diplomatic Outreach, Marie's Wedding, Respectful Funeral, Goat Mediation, Spring Fete, Perfect Picnic, Poetic Muse and a gift. Its cross-character table says Spring Fete unlocks Priya's Potential Fratricide and Alice's Kroq's Wish. These are secondary-source conditions, not a session tested by this site.
